"Completely revamped our kitchen!"
We purchased a Forno set for our shiny new kitchen and we’re absolutely thrilled! The cost was way lower than other appliance brands we checked out, and the quality is top-notch. The delivery crew from PHS was amazing – they took great care with everything and made it super simple to arrange delivery times. I’m really glad we chose this package from PHS – our online shopping experience was a breeze! I’d definitely recommend it!

"My complete zline appliance purchase..."
I got my whole zline appliance set from Premium Home Source. They not only offered the best deal online, but they also really knew their stuff when I reached out with questions. They assisted me in assembling the ideal package tailored to my needs (had a few sizing concerns with the range hood). All in all, I’m super pleased I chose PHS for my appliances – I can’t picture a better experience anywhere else! I’d definitely suggest them to all my family and friends!

To start off, this company was the sole place I found that offered the latest MrCool DIY ceiling cassettes. Plus, collaborating with Alex, our sales representative, was a real treat. This dude was on the ball and got back to us with answers to all our queries in no time. Normally, I don’t bother with reviews, but Alex and his team truly earned it.

"Fast Shipping and Great Service!"
What a fantastic experience with Premium Home Source! We got all our kitchen appliances from this place – the oven, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave drawer. It was super simple to locate what we needed thanks to the filters in the packages menu. Everything showed up in excellent shape (and quick too!!) and we’ve been using the appliances for a good few weeks now. I gotta say, I’m really impressed with each appliance and it looks GORGEOUS in my new kitchen. Big thanks for the awesome shipping service! I’d definitely suggest this spot to anyone in the market for a new kitchen.

"Avoid Premium Home Source"
I placed an order for an under-counter icemaker from Premium Home Source on December 18, 2022, expecting it to arrive within 5-15 business days. There were no updates on my order, and when I reached out on January 4th, they told me it had been shipped but couldn’t provide any tracking information. My efforts to obtain that tracking info (or any proof of shipment) were met with resistance, and after a week of being given the runaround, I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The last rep I spoke to gave me the usual excuse: "It's the holidays, we're behind, sorry."

"Outstanding Service Experience!"
I was truly impressed by the quality of customer support and the meticulousness I encountered. I placed an order for a MRCOOL system from this company and accidentally messed up my order (wrong line set and coupler). They actually took the time to check my order, spot the error, and then reached out to me for clarification. I've never had service like this before! I bet Home Depot would’ve just sent out my order without a second thought, leading to a bunch of headaches and delays for my project. The delivery was super quick, and everything came well packed and just what I was looking for. I’d definitely suggest Premium Home Source for any renovation work – you’re in great hands with them!

"Quick and Simple Delivery!!"
I'm super pleased with my purchase from Premium Home Source!! They had lightning-fast delivery – my whole order arrived in just 2 days – I guess I’m pretty close to the shipping hub! The package was securely wrapped on a pallet and reinforced with a wooden crate. We unboxed everything this weekend and it was all perfect! The appliances look stunning. We’re really satisfied with how everything came together and would definitely order from Premium Home Source again!

The customer service was just fantastic!! I managed to pick out the ideal appliance set for my new place. Premium Home Source was incredibly supportive during the selection process (even though I had a ton of questions!!). The appliances are spot on and arrived really quickly. They mentioned there might be some shipping delays, but we were super thankful to get everything within the 2-week window they promised. We’ve been using the new appliances for a few weeks now, and I can confidently say they are exactly as advertised. Thanks a bunch again!!!
